Peak Sports Tournaments Peak SportsTournaments

Schedule a tournament

Your fields. Our tournaments. Everybody wins.

Peak Sports holds its tournaments at schools and local facilities. If your school, athletic department, facility or league wants a tournament, we bring the teams, run the weekend, and make sure the partnership pays you back.

How scheduling works

  1. Reach out

Call or email with your school or facility, the fields or gyms you have, and the sports you would like to see.

  2. Plan it together

We agree the dates, the sports, the spaces we use and what your school gets back: a fee, a donation or upgrades.

  3. We fill the brackets

Peak Sports promotes the tournament, signs up the teams and collects a waiver from everyone taking part.

  4. We run the weekend

Check-in, schedules, trainers and safety staff, food, awards and clean-up. You get your facility back better than we found it.

How we pay your school back

Your athletic department picks what helps most. Our goal is to leave every facility in a better position than we found it.

  1. A

    A facility fee

A rental fee for each tournament weekend.

  2. B

    A donation to athletics

The facility fee treated as a direct donation to your school's athletic program.

  3. C

    Upgrades you choose

We invest in your athletic facilities instead: visitor bleachers, a scoreboard, restroom renovations, or whatever your athletic department names.

Waivers from everyone

Every participant, parent, coach and spectator completes a liability waiver before the tournament. The waivers are written to cover your school, your school district and Peak Sports.

Hours for your students

We are working to qualify student volunteers at our tournaments for community service hours toward graduation requirements.

  • Volunteer experience
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Community involvement
  • A stronger college application

More than games, with your approval

Every one of these is your school's call. We bring the ideas and do the work.

Family events

Seasonal extras for traveling teams and their families, like the trunk or treat we run on Halloween weekend.

A food truck court

A set food area with trucks, tables and seating for players, families and spectators.

An extra field

Striping an upper or practice field adds a second game field. More games for us, and a field your own programs can keep using.

Built for the long term

Peak Sports launched with youth travel football at William Blount High School, and we are working toward more sports and more weekends. The idea is a partnership that benefits your school, your student-athletes, your local businesses and the families who visit, not just our company.
